EARTHWORKS music by David Wilson

The collection ‘Earthworks’ inspired the Edinburgh-born composer David Wilson to write a string quartet reflecting the moods and images of the sequence. A single movement, sectional piece lasting around ten minutes, it can be performed with a narrator to include the poems. This was  performed in the Edinburgh Society of Musicians in January 2018 with the writer present.
